Delivery Information

Once your payment is successfully completed and confirmed on our end (Paysera, bank link, and credit card payments are approved automatically within seconds, while bank transfers are verified manually by our accountant), your order is forwarded to our purchasing team.

After the items are secured from the sellers, they are shipped to our main warehouse in Poland. At this intermediate facility, every package is opened and carefully inspected to confirm that the correct items were sent and that they are not damaged or defective.

Following inspection, orders for customers within the EU are shipped directly through our logistics partners. For shipments outside the EU, the items are first transported to Latvia, which serves as our international dispatch hub.

Delivery within the EU typically takes between 3 and 8 working days. Orders shipped outside the EU may take up to 30 working days, depending on the destination and the nature of the shipment. For example, smaller parcels usually arrive faster, while larger items that require special packaging or customized transport solutions may need additional time. Even a standard pallet containing an engine may be classified as a custom shipment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as delivery times for used parts can be affected by several variables. These may include delays from salvage yards, adverse weather conditions, or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control. That said, we remain dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and are continuously improving our logistics processes to ensure better speed, safety, and overall convenience for our customers.

Shipping costs are available directly on each product page. Simply choose your country from the dropdown menu and click “Show” to view the current shipping rates. IF you have already passed this part and are in shopping cart or check out, then there are also all prices available - just select correct country and prices for different categories will appear.

Within Europe, deliveries are typically completed within 3–8 working days, although delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. These can include vehicle breakdowns at the transport company, delays in collecting items from salvage yards, or weather-related disruptions.

In general, you can expect your order to arrive within 1–2 weeks, while we consistently do our best to shorten delivery times whenever possible. To ensure reliable and secure shipping, we work with well-known courier services such as DPD, DHL, UPS, Venipak, Raben, and Hellmann and many more and also local couriers.

Shipping to the UK is currently more challenging in terms of both delivery time and shipping costs. Smaller parcels usually reach their destination within 1–2 weeks without major issues, while larger items may require up to 4 weeks for delivery. We are continuously exploring faster and more efficient shipping options to improve this situation. Also need to bear in mind that to UK we can deliver packages via road and via air delivery. While air delivery is faster, we can not always use this. Because there are items like airbags or seatbelts that have explosive materials inside which are prohibited to airplanes and those items we need to send via road transport.

For destinations outside the EU, delivery times vary significantly depending on the country and location, ranging from about one week to several months. For instance, we have successfully delivered a shipment to Puerto Rico within 7 working days, while a delivery to El Salvador took up to two months due to various complications. Generally, common destinations such as the USA or Australia have shorter transit times, whereas more remote regions may require additional time.

Extended delivery periods should also be expected for island destinations, as air freight is not always available and sea transport can considerably increase transit time. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience 🙂

All shipments outside the EU are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the goods are delivered to your provided address, while the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival.

Receiving a Shipment from the Carrier (IMPORTANT!)

  1. Examine the outer packaging upon delivery for any visible damage, such as cracks, tears, holes, or dents.
  2. If you notice any external damage, take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  3. Open the package and carefully inspect all contents for any damage or missing items.
  4. If any items are damaged or missing, contact the carrier immediately and request an official damage report or claim form.
  5. Notify us as soon as possible, providing full details of the issue, including photos and any relevant documentation.
  6. Keep all packaging materials until the matter is fully resolved, as they may be required for the claims process.
  7. Following these steps will help ensure that any delivery-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Note: By accepting the package, you confirm receipt in its current condition and waive the right to make claims for transport-related damage.

Important Notes

  • Sanctions and logistics policies change frequently. Some countries listed here may be added or removed based on updates to EU sanctions, carrier networks, or global regulations — always check with our customer service if unsure.
  • Some regions are partially restricted (for example, parts of Ukraine under occupation) — these are treated differently by carriers and customs policy.
  • Even for allowed countries, certain products may still be restricted due to safety, customs, or export controls (especially electronics, automotive parts, or dual‑use technologies).

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (such as an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, failure to complete customs formalities, or similar situations), the package will be returned to us. In these cases, the cost will range from 100% to 200% of the original shipping fee. The customer will be charged twice the original shipping cost for the return, plus the original shipping fee for resending the package—bringing the total to three times the initial shipping cost.

The withdrawal period begins from the first delivery attempt: 14 days for EU customers and no withdrawal period for customers outside the EU. If the customer decides to withdraw during this time, applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. If these fees exceed the refund amount, no refund will be issued, and the customer will instead receive an invoice for the outstanding balance.

This balance must be settled according to applicable law and our terms and conditions; failure to do so may result in legal action.

Are there times of the year when deliveries in Europe may be delayed?

Yes. Although we always strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, there are certain periods when courier and postal services across Europe may experience delays. These are usually caused by national or public holidays, or widespread vacation seasons when logistics networks are busier or operating with reduced staff.

Key times when delays may occur:

  • Christmas & New Year (late December – early January): This is one of the busiest shipping periods of the year. High parcel volumes combined with holiday closures often lead to delays.
  • Easter (March or April): Many countries observe public holidays on Good Friday and Easter Monday, which can slow down order processing and delivery.
  • Summer Vacation (July – August): In countries such as France, Italy, Germany, and Spain, many businesses and logistics services operate with limited staff during the summer holiday period, potentially affecting warehouse and delivery schedules.
  • Public & National Holidays: Each country has its own official holidays that may impact courier operations. Common examples include: May 1 – Labour Day (celebrated across much of Europe); August 15 – Assumption Day (in many Catholic countries); November 1 – All Saints’ Day; December 6 – St. Nicholas Day (observed in parts of Central and Eastern Europe)

Delays are usually minor but can be longer if a holiday coincides with a weekend, leading to extended delivery times.

Tips to avoid delays:
✅ Place orders early, especially around peak periods like Christmas or before local holidays.
✅ Check the holidays in the country of your delivery address.
✅ Use the tracking number provided after dispatch to monitor your shipment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods. Our team coordinates closely with logistics partners to reduce disruptions and ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible.
