- After placing your order, our Customer Support team will contact you with all necessary instructions and the correct shipping details.
- Package the item securely and clearly label it with: “Regen + Order Number XXXXX” (replace XXXXX with your actual order number).
- If there are any specific issues, symptoms, or faults with the product, include a brief written description inside the package. This ensures our regeneration specialists can diagnose and repair the part efficiently.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged (see free DPD option below).
- Once we receive your item, it will be sent to our regeneration partner, restored to full functionality, and shipped back to you.
- For customers located within mainland EU with packages under 5 kg and smaller than 25 × 25 × 25 cm, we can provide free DPD shipping to our warehouse:
- Customer Support will provide a DPD shipping label/form.
- Complete the form, and DPD will collect the package from your address at our cost.
- This service does not apply to larger items or customers outside mainland EU.
