Returning an item
To process a return or withdrawal of an order, the following information must be provided:
- Photo or video proof of the defect or malfunction, including relevant workshop or dealer documentation.
- Description of the installation procedure, including details of where and how the item was installed.
- Detailed description of the malfunction or defect of the product.
Important: All requirements must be provided completely and clearly. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the immediate rejection of the return, and UsedPartsABC.com will not engage in repeated requests, emails, or disputes regarding incomplete documentation.
Receiving Goods from the Carrier
- Inspect the exterior of the package for visible damage (dents, tears, punctures).
- If damage is present, document it with clear photos before opening.
- Open the package and inspect the contents carefully for damage or missing items.
- If items are damaged or missing, immediately notify the carrier and request a damage report or claim form.
- Contact UsedPartsABC.com promptly with photos and relevant documentation.
- Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Note: Acceptance of the package as-is constitutes acknowledgment of the delivery condition, and transport-related claims cannot be made afterward.
Wrong Product Delivered:
- If you have signed for the package and accepted it, we cannot process claims for the wrong product. Always check the package before signing.
Packaging Requirements for Returns
- Returned items must be securely packed according to standard postal or courier guidelines.
- Items that are already damaged must be packed carefully to prevent further damage during transport.
- New items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. No stickers, markings, or alterations are allowed. Failure to maintain the original “new” condition will result in rejection of the return.
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping costs to our warehouse in Poland or to the Original Seller in Central Europe are borne by the customer.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, location, and method of shipment.
- Optional: We can provide reduced-cost shipping solutions, which will be deducted from the final refund.
Return Timeframe
- After notifying UsedPartsABC.com of your withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days.
- This aligns with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Proof of postage must be retained.
- Failure to return the item within 14 days will void the withdrawal claim.
Additional Instructions:
- If the customer requests reshipment of an unclaimed package, a new invoice for shipping will be issued.
- Uncollected packages held in our warehouse for more than 30 days will be removed, destroyed, or sold, with no liability to the customer.
- If the order has been dispatched to our sorting or central warehouse, cancellation is no longer free. Refunds in this case will be 75% of the product price, with 25% deducted for transport and handling costs already incurred.
